FREE courier shipping will be given for minimum spend of S$80.
For purchases below S$80, a flat fee of S$5 will be charged for door-to-door courier service.
After you placed your order, you will receive an email that your order is placed.
Within 1-2 working days, we will check for stocks, and email you a tracking number when your order is sent out. You are likely to receive your order within 5-7 working days. For overseas orders, it is subjected to the distance and shipping company's arrangements, but rest assure that we will promptly ship out your orders.
In the event that your item is out of stocks, we will contact you via email or contact number, so please leave your contact details with us.
*If your order is received after 1pm on Friday, or weekends, your order will be processed the following Monday.*

Mailing Information
Please ensure that your shipping address and your phone number is correct before completing your order. The phone number will be used by the courier company to contact you, in the event they have problems delivering your orders.
Note: If your order is returned to us due to a wrong delivery address and/or wrong contact number, please revert to us your updated address and we will arrange a re-delivery. However, you will have to bear the re-delivery cost. Kindly check all shipping information before checking out.
Email Notification
When your order is ready for shipping, you'll receive an email with the tracking code. You can track your order using the tracking code with the website or button given in your email.
All discount codes need to be applied after the cart page. Proceed to press checkout and you will be brought to the next page. On the right, key in the discount code and click apply.
Step 1: Click CHECKOUT on the cart page.
Step 2: Enter your discount Code on the right page. For mobile it will look slightly different. Click Apply and your discount code will be reflected in the system. Enter your shipping address and click continue to shipping method. Done!
